I really enjoy Pizza Roto! I live in Painesville Township and make a special trip there from time to time when I'm really craving some Roto. I'm always greeted to a spotless lobby promptly by the friendly staff.
First off, the pizzas are just the right size for one adult or two children. Second, getting to pick your own toppings is a plus for me because I'm the oddball in my family who enjoys spicy food and always get roped into getting whatever toppings the rest of my family wants. Not here, I get my OWN pizza!
The best way I could describe the Pizza-making process here is it's like Subway but for pizzas. First you pick your sauce, (they even have a spicy red sauce, Yahtzee!) then your toppings which they do NOT scimp on. Next step is the oven, which is extremely hot (apparently, not sure of the exact temp) and cooks your pizza in about 3 minutes. It comes out piping hot and you can even add a drizzle! Pick your favorite Coke product to quench your thirst and you're all set!
Even with a decent size line, the staff works fast and efficiently, which moves things along quickly.
The lobby has been very clean each time I visited with plenty of clean tables a to choose from. The men's restroom is always well stocked and both visually and smelling clean.
All in all, Pizza Roto is delicious and well worth the price. On a rating scale of eww, eh or wow, I give it a wow. I'm very very excited for the new one to open in Concord off route 44! Expect a review of that branch soon...
Read moreChicken wings weren't fully cooked, they rushed me through and every time I chose a vegetable they said is that it without giving me more than 3 seconds to decide. They said I received a credit on my credit card but would not give me a paper receipt, instead she wrote her first name on a business card and said that was all she had. They argued with me about the Chicken looking raw so I took pictures, then they decided it might need cooked a little longer but they just shut the oven down and I would have to bring it back the next day or take a refund, which I did. Rather than rush there customers out the door, they should not let anyone in after 7:30. The girls seemed to work very hard but my experience was horrible. 9.00 dollars for a pizza is reasonable, but the portions were small, there were literally 7 small pepperoni and when I asked for a couple more there was an upcharge of a dollar and change, did not seem to be a good value, although pizza...
Read moreHad a bad experience here with their online ordering. Ordered it for ASAP 10 minutes before open. After order was placed it said it would be ready at 11:15 but I figured I stood a good chance of it being before then. When I went in at 11:05 they hadn't even started making it yet because the ticket told them 11:15 not asap. Need to get that glitch fixed. I was in a rush and this made me late. I would've been better off ordering in person.
Edit: After seeing their reply I realized I made an error. It says "Order for Now" and only says "have you order prepared AS SOON AS POSSIBLE", which makes no difference. The bottom line is you shouldn't wait to make it when someone clicks order for now. Rather than try to fix the problem you'd rather just play semantics. Fair enough. Good customer support. Maybe next time try the, "Whoops our bad approach" rather than sticking your foot...
