Subway — Restaurant in Saybrook

I would not even give this store a 1. We ordered 3 subs online. NOT 1 of them had cheese like we ordered them to have. My husband's steak sub had NO STEAK on it!! Ok why is there no steak on his sub. I had one pickle on each side of my foot long!! I ordered mayo there was a little tiny what seems to be a smear on it.. they were supposed to be toasted i know mine was not. Was this some kind of joke or something!!! Not impressed at all. I called they said they would remake them. It makes me angry because we did it online for the safty of the staff because my daughter and i are covid positive. Now my husband has to leave our home again to go up there... do...

The 3 teenagers were polite helping me figure my sandwich out. I asked them why they didn't have a hairnet on since there hair wad hanging in their face. They said a what? I explained to them what a hairnet was.. they didn't have any kind of hat on either. They did wear plastic gloves. We ordered like 8 subs and spend $81 so that we could bring them to hospice and share with our family who have been there all day and not eaten. Absolutely all of our subs were DRENCHED in dressings (all different ones with different dressings and sauces). Our bags and the packages soaked through and ripped and everything was mushy and soggy by the time we even got to the hospice center. That's a HUGE waste of money and literally nobody could stand eating them. They were garbage. I don't think we will EVER go back here to this...
