If I could give 0 stars I would, please avoid this McDonald’s my honest recommendation. I placed an order on the mobile app at around 10:25pm I drove 15min to get there, when I arrived at around 10:40pm I approached to the drive thru and the automated speaker said it was closed, I then check the Macdonald’s app once again for the closing hours and it says 11:00pm, I went online to google, yelp, open table and other websites and everywhere it says they close at 11:00pm, I then approached to the first window and and employee saw me but he pretended he didn’t see me, I waited for a bit and he continue ignoring me, I then drove to the second window and another employee was there mopping the floor she also pretended she didn’t see me even thought we made eye contact and were like 5 feet away, she then started walking back slowly so I knocked on the window and showed her my phone with the order number, she then came back to the window to tell me they were close, I said I placed an order online before 10:30pm and it’s already paid, she said we close at 10:30pm (which I don’t believe so because everywhere it says 11:00pm) I asked to speak to the manager, she told the manager and he refused to come, I then asked for the managers name and she told the manager they want to know your name, he then started laughing in a burlesque/absurd tone, the girl then told me his name is Jerome (which I am not sure if they lied to me on his name or not) first - they don’t respect the closing hours because they just want to go home and don’t care to close half an hour earlier, second - the employees ignore you and pretend they don’t see you, third - the manager refuse to speaks to you, fourth - the manager makes fun of by laughing just because you asked for his name, I feel completely humiliated about the whole experience, not to mention I drove (wasted) 30min for nothing, I had to go home without my order and went to sleep starving. Save yourself the humiliation from the employees at this place and shop at other restaurants (Burger king, dennys, Starbucks, subway etc.) that offers better service and have very well trained employees that shows professionalism...

Read moreI was driving home and I thought I will surprise my granddaughter and go through the drive-through and get a couple of McFlurry’s. No big deal right? well well I order and went to the first window paid the lady go to the second window pick up the McFlurry’s, I started to drive and I noticed that on mine and the cookie powder was just on top of the McFlurry and on the other one, the M&Ms were just on top of the ice cream as well , I put my car in reverse and I asked the lady if I could speak to the manager on duty she said she was a manager and I said is this a McFlurry she goes yes! I said well isn’t it supposed to be mixed? She goes oh well the machine is not working. I said I understand that but you should’ve told me I could order something else and she just gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. I gave The McFlurrys back to her and I said just give me a refund , no big deal. She took my card and went to make a refund , I have a refund ticket and of course my purchase ticket, but in my account not only I do not see the refund but I see another charge for the same amount my message to management and upper management , if they cannot even make a simple McFlurry close the damn place because this is very aggravating now looks like I paid twice for something I did not get.
