I didn't golf here much when I was younger. I seem to remember that it was always crowded and sometimes took five or more hours to play a round. Now I'm a senior who can barely hit a drive 150 yards, and my spouse and I can usually play a round in 90 minutes or so. They open early so during the summer we can get out and play before the heat gets unbearable. Also I've never gotten to the parking lot, and found the course closed. (I thought this was a law?) My 31 year old son had a mask on and went to the bar to buy a drink, the bartender requested him to take off his mask so she could verify ID? My son refused and she begrudgingly went to fill his order and then stopped in the middle to wait on one of the "regulars". The course isn't bad but not good enough to ignore...
