This park is awesome! There are two sets of play equipment, one for tots and one for bigger kids. The big kids equipment has some very cool challenges! The little kids area was great for my 1.5 year old. There's also lots of green space, a basketball court, paths with nice landscaping, and a shelter with plenty of picnic tables inside and around. There's a shelter that looks like it would have bathrooms, but it wasn't open when we visited on a weekend in winter.

Great time this evening for "Movie in the Park" with my Sweetheart to watch "Hocus Pocus". Weather was favorable. Beautiful skies. Scrumptious food. Overall, 5 Star venue for an outdoor evening activity while practicing social distancing.

We went during the fest and it was ok. There should've been more seating and the food vendors weren't that great. The park overall was nice. My son loved the corndogs -lemonade and the "fruit loop" flavored popcorn (hence the blue mouth)

Scumbag LEOs that took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States, molested me in this park without any cause while I was there on my anniversary, with my family, playing the guitar and singing my wedding song to my wife. I had my firearm holstered safely. They disarmed me, searched my possession without any probable cause AND one of them asked me "Why are you carrying a gun, anyway?" When i told him that i was exercising my God given right to defence, protected by the US Constitution, he spit on my shoe and in fury, said to my face, "I HATE WHEN PEOPLE SAY THAT." He took an oath. My piss is worth more than his word.

They claimed there was an ordinance, prohibiting weapons in the park. There is no such ordinance. They gave me a fraudulent ticket, of which when I made it clear I would not only fight, but make this a high profile lawsuit, publicly. The city's attorney advised the "authorities " to dismiss the ticket.

Not all LEOs are pond scum; just the ones that break their oath and become the very enemies of the Constitution, that they swore to defend against. They are the authoritarian bullies of the new 21st Century Task Force. Welcome to Nazi Germany. "Just following orders " not...

Well maintained with good equipment. Nice rubber padding under the playsets. There is also a toddler play structure and a big kids play structure. Baby swings, regular swings, and a chair swing. Centrally located benches and drinking fountains as well as building bathrooms nearby. Sand volleyball court gets a lot of use in the summer with leagues but sometimes flooded after heavy rain. Lots of green space as well as a basketball court and covered picnic table structure.

Biggest drawback is lack of shade. Many trees have been removed over the years and the sitting benches in the playground desperately need shade. Trash cans on the playground and near the structures also tend to attract bees, so be careful. Overall, one of our favorite parks, but the addition of shade on the playground would move this review to 5 stars...

This is a small, well kept park. I went there for the Pokémon event and the blow-up obstacle course and slides were great. My complaint is this park has the worst wi-fi signal. The vendors at the event had to switch to cash only because there was no signal so they couldn't accept debit cards. In this day and age when many don't carry cash this was a big inconvenience. There were a lot of unhappy kids that couldn't get on the inflatables because their parents didn't have cash to buy the bracelet. For the next event if this issue isn't resolved, let people know it's a...
