I am a man single father of two 13 year old daughter and 11 year old son and i am disabled and cant afford a vehicle so i find a ride from friends or take a taxi so almost every time i go their they either forget something i ordered or forget how i asked them for it to be made for instance chicken quesadilla no jalapeño sauce and always has the sauce now the people that work their are awesome but besides just a couple of the employees (in my opinion) just cant seem to read the screen corectly and make it the way it says or just cant seem to put the specially ordered food in the right bag for that order now i am a very understanding humble and forgiving person and always respect people and am as nice as i can be but i always am blunt truthfull and to the point but this is unacceptable i dont have a vehicle so i cant return to get it fixed and yes i would love to check b4 i leave but kinda hard to do when there is about 10 15 20 people behind u in line in the drive thru and ur driver wont wait for u to check or pull around for u to do it and when u call to tell them they say we will send you a coupon for what we messed up now i get this coupon once it is a non sealed post card with the words good for free (whatever you ordered) and the other times i never recieved them which i love eating their so much i eat their about 4 to 7 times a month including my two kids when i do so because they either never sent the coupons or someone stole them due to it bein seen plain as day (in other words) free food coupon so ive not been refunded my money which is alot since i started goin their nor my food being replaced due to bad mailing techniques without the thaught of covering the coupon so its not stolen or actually sending it but also i get a attitude from a few of the managers because i have called so many times when i wouldnt have to if it was done correctly in the 1st place nor do i feel as if i should just let it go when i pay what little bit of money we have to get us (family voted on eating there)the food just to be nice people do this all the time and thats why some managers act this way because people r afraid of opening their mouths in a respectfull and nice way to inform them of their continued non properly prepaired food per what is ordered by the customer now i dont know if its because they r trained wrong or they r trying to hury cause they get yelled at if they take a little longer to check to make sure the order is made right and/or in the right bag for the right cutomer both should be made to be more important than rotating as many people u can in then out as...
Read moreI was spending around $50 a week here since I work close by and would often go for breakfast/lunch. I like Taco Bell but this location will no longer be getting my business.
I showed up close to opening time once only to see an employee outside angerly throwing a cigarette to the ground then go inside. Needless to say it took quite a bit longer than usual to get that order even though no one else was in line. But the half filled, poorly wrapped breakfast crunch wrap sure made up for that.
Waited for 10 mins at the counter for a mobile order that was already ready. Was told to wait when I tried to ask someone if it was my order sitting on the shelf.
The app glitched caused my order to be wrong. They refused to fix the order. When I showed them the glitch and requested I receive my original order free of charge. The best they could do was offer me 50% off my next purchase.
Coffee machine is also down in the morning 75% of the time I ask.

I had my boyfriend go to pickup an order for me, I forgot to mention to him that I put it under his name to make it easier for him, the person in the drivethru hassled him even though he had the order number. They finally got it figured out, then my boyfriend went to order food for himself and was told he'd have to leave and come back because it's one order at a time through drive-thru, which makes me regret even ordering my food in the first place. I understand mistakes, and have never complained about anything being off about food. But being downright rude to a customer for absolutely no reason when they're picking up an already paid for order is ridiculous. Do better and show some compassion.
