Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Schoolcraft Township

Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered 16 pc garlic parmesan boneless wings. When order was placed said that carryout would be a 15 minute wait. After placing the order, the time was dragged further and further out. After over an hour of waiting I call the store during open hours and their voicemail says that they have already closed. So, I drive up to the store to see what is really going on. As I am sitting there waiting at the drive through window there's 3 employees just standing at the front counter having social hour. Then, once I do make it to the window the employee immediately gets the wings that have been done for some time by time I get there. Yet, there was ZERO communication about updating my order that was set up for txt messaging alerts for updates on the order and when to head to the store to pick up my order. My wife and I have been a huge fan of pizza hut for a long time, generally getting a pie about once per week. This location is particularly good. We were blessed to have a good pizza hut near our home in San Diego. While living in Georgia, that wasnt the case. It was the worst out of any we had. After moving to Schoolcraft, and living here for three years now, we've ordered from this pizza hut many times and have never had a bad experience. Order has always been correct. Delivery is very fast and food shows up HOT, not warm. But most of all, you can tell the employees care enough about their job to make the food very well. It is always consistent and tastes amazing. Worst service ever. We ordered a big box with a side of blue cheese. We did not order no contact. The driver dropped it at the door. It wasn't as ordered. Then when I stepped out the door after the driver knocked on my door I stepped on the food. It was missing part of my order. I have never had a good experience with this pizza hut, but this was absolutely the worse. After calling them the you manager said that I threatened the drivers life. That's why he dropped it, knocked and left. I don't even know the driver. Definitely a different driver than the last one I met a couple months ago. Be careful with these people.
