I love all the food Whataburger offers & the staff is great. I'm a loyal customer & always will be. However, Dec.1st. I pulled to the drive thru asking if they offered any kinds of coffee drinks other than plain coffee, such as cappuccino, etc. They don't, which is fine. Bt as I pulled around to leave out thru the drive thru lane there were 2 vehicles parked next 2 each other waiting for their orders to be carried out (drive thru lane 1 & the other lane next to it, which should be for other drivers to pass thru- like me). So bc both lanes were occupied by parked vehicles I couldn't pass thru to get out, it was lunch time & there were 2 other cars in front of me in line- 1 at the window & 1 behind that. I would've had quite a wait if I'd waited for all 4 of those vehicles to get finished & leave. Therefore I had to BACK UP my car all the way back around the corner & the drive up lane & into the parking lot just to be able to get out of the drive thru lane. There were 2 vehicles behind me & 2 other that had to completely back up into the parking lot so I could get past them to get out. I do understand about striving to get customers waited on & on their way as quickly as possible. I know there's a 'time clock\timer's at the drive thru window that employees have to be aware of & your company gets 'points' or some type of rewards if you stay within a specified time frame. BUT, I really think that having customers pull up, park & wait for their orders just so you get more 'points' somehow isn't really good treatment of your customers. ESPECIALLY when BOTH lanes are BLOCKED prohibiting other vehicles from passing by to leave the drive thru lane safely. I really think the main headquarters of Whataburger should seriously take situations like mine into consideration & make appropriate changes before something bad happens & somebody either gets hurt or chooses to sue your company. That being said, I'm not that kind of person. Bt I'm sure you know there are many out there. So for customer safety & your company's good name please don't let my story fall on deaf or uncaring ears.

Read moreHorrible! I have to meet my ex here to pick up my kids every other weekend. I am writing this review after MONTHS of being disgusted by this location. The bathrooms are filthy pretty much every time. One of the toilets in the women's restroom does not flush correctly and is constantly full of people's waste and toilet paper. I have witnessed, on multiple occasions, absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees. I have seen them put their hands in their hair, wipe their nose or forehead, and then put their ungloved unwashed hands right back in the food. I have seen them come back from the filthy bathroom or outside from smoking a cigarette and put their ungloved unwashed hands back in the food. The one time I did order food here, only out of pure desperation, it took about 20 minutes and was also (surprise!) disgusting! The bun was all smashed and coated in grease, the food was falling off the bun because it was all sideways on there. The fries were okish, some soggy, some well cooked, and some super crispy, so very inconsistent. The white gravy was thin and runny with no flavor. I would absolutely NOT recommend stopping here...
Read moreIt is getting difficult to enjoy "fast food" these days. The order was wrong. The food we did receive was good and fresh. I'm not sure what happened. The person that took our order sounded like they were being attentive. However, apparently, there was some sort of distraction while we were placing the order. It wasn't just at this Whataburger in this city. It has been a mess at most fast food establishments lately in all 3 states we visited. In my opinion, the person taking the order is somehow distracted while taking the order. When the order is taken correctly, the one making the order is distracted while making the order. The order was not quality checked nor read back to us and we ended up not receiving the complete order. The drive thru was very busy and the inside was closed so, we chose not to wait in the long line a second time to get the items that were left off of the order. We were traveling and it was not as convenient an experience as we had hoped...
