The food is usually good but the workers always have an attitude. I pulled up saying I had a mobile order. He very quickly said “what’s your name? Last name?” I gave him my name and said thank you. No you’re welcome. I go up to the front window to pick up my food and the older man at the window very bluntly says “here’s your drink. Pull up to the FRONT DOOR.” I said thank you and kind of looked at my fiancé like wow what’s his deal? The front door is literally right around the corner from the drive thru. If someone came around the turn as we’re parked, they would’ve smacked into us. We went to the side.. 10 ft from the entrance he told us to wait at, which is actually closer to the counter anyway, 5 minutes later the kid who took the order comes out with the food and says “oh sorry about the wait I didn’t know where you went.” In a tone that implied we didn’t listen to the directions the older gentleman gave about parking at the FRONT DOOR. We went to wait for our food where we wouldn’t get rear ended waiting. The older man hasn’t been the nicest before. This isn’t my first encounter with him. Now, it seems like he trains others to do the same. I definitely won’t be back. Selinsgrove is more of a drive but that’s ok, I’d rather my business be appreciated. About 5 minutes later, I received a call from the store, stating that they were out of the burgers and that I would have to request a refund through the app or website. There was no way to request a refund through the app, so I filled out the contact form on the website, requesting a refund. Further, two days later, I received a satisfaction survey from Arby's, on which I requested that someone contact me about my experience. However, no one ever contacted me. Two weeks later, I called the customer service number to request a refund. The representative took my information and said that someone would contact me. Unfortunately, no one ever did. It is now over a month later, and I had to refuse the charge with my credit card company. The charge showed up under the local store on my statement, so I'm not sure why the local store could/would not process a refund. Read moreMy power went out when a huge storm hit Bloom at most crucial time of the day... dinner time. Starved and confused, I needed to eat and I decided on Bloomsburg’s Arby’s. There at the drive through I had to make the ultimate dinner decision, a Ruben or a French dip... so I asked the young woman taking my order which one she preferred. She said the French dip was good but the Ruben was best with turkey instead of the roast beef. Taking upon her instincts I ordered the Ruben, but I ordered regular roast beef because the guy who voices Bob from Bob’s Burgers is damn convincing on those commercials saying “THEY’RE SANDWICHES”...anywho I paid for my ticket and with that she asked if I wanted any dipping sauces. Naturally, I got confused and asked for her recommendation. She gave me honey mustard and by God, it was the best decision anyone could have made.
