After reading reviews, I was hoping to find a burger as good as Angelle's in Breaux Bridge (if there is another burger that good), but I found this one to be okay at best. I couldn't tell if the meat patty was hand formed, but if it was, it was packed very dense. The meat was overcooked to well done, and shrunk up to be much smaller than the bun. The toppings were fresh, and the house made pickles were the best part of the burger. The buns are also homemade, but the "sourdough" was too sweet for my taste. They were very unevenly cooked - one almost burnt, and one still doughy. I don't know if the fryer wasn't hot enough, or if the grease needed to be changed, but they were extremely greasy. I couldn't eat the undercooked one. All in all, the burger wasn't bad enough to send back, but I don't want another one. The homemade lemonade was a nice surprise. It does seem that house made buns, pickles, and fresh lemonade would equal and excellent meal. Maybe the problem today was in the preparation of the...
