Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to eat. Me and my group were highly disappointed and frustrated with the customer service at this location. We placed a online order that we usually do at any Pizza Hut locations without any problems. I did the same and placed a order for over $200. The order went through and a minute later I get a phone call stating that they didnāt have the materials to make the pizza. The Pizza Hut employee stated that the order would be canceled. I asked a question if I will receive a email or notification that the order will be canceled. The employee stated I would need to take this up with my bank. Which didnāt make sense and I asked if I can just get a receipt. The employee hung the phone up in my face. I called it again and spoke to Anthony and I stated what happened and I was just trying to get a receipt. I said hey Iāll just come to the store to get my refund and receipt. He insisted I donāt have to come and he would text me the receipt. He put me on hold for five minutes and then hung up again. I went to the store and I was greeted by Anthony. I looked around and they were making a lot of pizzas inside the location. I asked can I please have the receipt and why you keep hanging up the phone. His response I donāt know. I finally got the receipt and I asked him his name prior to me asking I didnāt know the employee name. He asked me why do I need his name repeatedly and I informed him I just want to put down who I talked to just in case there is a issue. I asked him for a pen and he said he doesnāt have one and when I pointed one out. He grabbed the pen and threw down in my direction and mumbled profanity as he walked off. I was really disappointed and disgusted by his behavior and the entire staff. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had. We left to avoid any confrontation or any further issues.
