Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Scotts Valley

this restaurant​ has terrible management and staff. I have gone here twice and both times the staff was rude and incorrectly prepared my order. The first time they forgot to put the marinara sauce i ordered in the box with my order and when i went back the manager said "we usually put it in the box but ill give you an extra one this time" he said this when they never gave me any in the first place. Then tonight i ordered a large pizza for my family and i got a large pizza that had toppings i didn't​ want. its possible i somehow ordered incorrectly​ online but when i called to explain the situation on the phone to see if they would replace it the woman on the phone asked my name and said she would replace the pizza for me and there was no need to bring back the original but then calls me again a few minutes later very rudely​ saying it's​ my fault I ordered the pizza wrong so they won't​ replace the pizza and she was yelling at me over the phone and shes not even the manager. The attitudes of the staff here is terrible and as far as im concerned the community would be better without them. I rarely write reviews online but i felt the community needs to know how terrible the staff here...

The food was great and pleasantly proportioned. Others in our group hadn't been to Mountain Mike's for years and were pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was. The Pizza had a lot of toppings and there were fountain drinks and a salad bar. This particular Mountain Mike's was being run by what appeared to be a small Italian family, they were very friendly and did a great job with a confusing order. There were some regulars who came in that the main manager was talking to like an old friend. Combined with quarter machines, sports playing on tvs, and the place had a welcoming, friendly small pizzeria feel. 10/10...

We had a taste for pizza and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, Mountain Mike’s Pizza did not miss a beat. I ordered a cheese pizza and churros. The quality and freshness of both items were definitely worth every dime. 100% freshly made. Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a while.

The service was very thoughtful and brought us plates, utensils, and others items in order for us to have a great dinner at our hotel. We didn’t even have to ask. The delivery person was super nice and we were greeted with a smile.
