The decore is more along the lines of a bbq joint than a microbrewery. The pizza side of the restaurant looked a little ruff. I arrived before the dinner rush so I expected pretty good service.I was seated promptly and my drink order was taken. Sadly that is where the good service ended. When I put in my drink order the server ask for the card I would be using to pay for my drinks evidently they must have a lot of people leaving without paying. After several minutes the server returned to take my food order, no drink or water in hand. I ordered the 8 piece bone in Buffalo wings and a build your own pizza. A few minutes later someone else brought me my drink from the bar (a hard seltzer it was ok not great just ok). When my wings came out they were cold and delivered by yet another person. I don’t know how this place gets away with calling these “buffalo wings “ as small as they are the more appropriate name would be prairie dog wings. At 11.00 an order they should be ashamed (see picture) when the pizza finally came out it was very disappointing it had very little sauce and almost no cheese. The slices were not cut anywhere close to uniformly how someone can use a rocking knife and not get the slices remotely even shows a complete lack of care. The next time I seen my original server was when she brought me my ticket. So I’m conclusion I would say if you like expensive food and poor service then this is the place for you, but I would suggest going anywhere else for...

Food and beer 5⭐️ Staffing issues lowered my overall rating.

The pizzas were great, my mom had a salad with salmon, and my dad got the burnt ends brat. We also got a bunch of appetizers that were fabulous as well!

Beers were on point, very high quality, and a great balance of flavors, might make the 2.5 hour drive from Fort Collins again just for beer.

The waitstaff just needs more training and a sense of urgency. It took more than two hours to eat lunch. We sat at a table we made a reservation for for nearly 20 minutes before getting greeted or seeing menus. It was another 30 minutes before we got beers, no offer of water. I had to go to the bar for our second round of drinks and water because our waitress was just inattentive.

The bartender seemed frustrated that it was "so busy" (less than half of the tables were seated at any given time we were there and it was a beautiful Mother's Day - it should have been a lot busier than it was. In fact, the table that sat down next to us left before ordering because of the lack of service.). She told me that there were only two servers and that's why it was taking so long... and I've been a server and have empathy for when someone calls in sick for a big shift... but that is NOT your customers' issue to try to fix. And it certainly doesn't mean you shouldn't be hustling, trying to make up for it.

Again - food and beer were awesome! I wish the...

I normally don't post on anything but this establishment pushed me over the edge. Out of towners we were. Just got in after 5 hours on the road. Tired and hungry. Arriver around 7 PM local time. Rush hour was winding down. Walked in and sign said seat yourself. Wife and I found a table. Waited and waited and waited. Both waitresses saw us, but didn't even acknowledge us. But what caused us to walk out was a woman came in and sat next to us. Waitress apparently knew her and a small chit chat developed. That's OK, I am sure she will now acknowledge us. NOT! So then 2 more women arrived and joined the previous lady at the table. I looked at my wife and said ,"Surely not". Waitress proceeded to get menus and handed them out to the 3 mentioned women. We walked. Came back to our hotel and said something about it to the Lady behind the desk. She said the same thing happened to her when her 2 nieces visited out of town. Said she would never suggest or recommend this restaurant ever again. Moral of story folks, if your a local, your in like Flynn!! If you are from out of town, you might get to sample the crums from under the table. He'll has a better chance of freezing than you...

I visited for my birthday today and I could not be more pleased. I ha the Dark Beer Dubble aged in rum barrels. Nice smooth start with a delicate yet robust fin8sh.7.9% Alcohol 9.0 review My wife had Moscato, she said it had good finish but kinda fell off the palette a little quick 6.5. We tried the artichoke spinach dip, very nice and rich. It was served with sour dough cut in squares for easy dipping. My wife ordered the Margarita pizza and I made a Supreme style. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was great. Our service person was named Paula and she was a delight. She provided us with excellent attentive service. This was our second visit but not out last. DJ DR WATTz

We are on a summer road trip from California knocking National Parks off our list. We stopped at Flyover Brewing, because it was the highest rated restaurant in the Scottsbluff area. Out of all the miles we have traveled on this trip (near 1700 miles at this point), this was by far the best food we’ve had. Our order: Appetizer - Flyover Pretzel with Beer Cheese Beer - Aztec Eagles Lager (Mexican Lager) Entre - Jalapeño Popper Pizza and Kids Mac & Cheese for the kiddo. Everything was so good, we thought about ordering more food, but couldn’t find the room. This is a great stop in western Nebraska. Come see Isaiah and the crew.
