The first time I went in to browse for a new desk top computer and Tim hooked me up with exactly what I needed for my new job. This time my wife needed a new laptop and we both needed anti-virus software installed. Jerome helped me pick out a laptop that provided the essentials needed for my wife's job. He also recommended a security software and installed it on both computers. Now my wife was freaking out with the fact of getting the new laptop because this meant a lot of recollecting user names and passwords but Jerome I'm told by my wife made it such an easy experience. Great service. Tim has been here as long as I can remember. They have always stood behind their products. About a year ago I bought a computer from staples because Connecting point didn't have what I wanted in stock and I "wanted it now." Well that computer failed on me in 11 months and staples acted like it would take them a few days to fix it. Connecting point fixed it in a few hours and restored my lost software even for only a couple hundred bucks total. Highly...
