La Plaza Restaurant — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

I previously left a not so good review because I was sad they didn’t take credit cards.

BUT this is my favorite damn breakfast burrito in Scottsbluff, and they also have the best green salsa. I’ve tried ALOT of the Scottsbluff breakfast burrito places. (If anyone knows the lady who used to pull up to the auto classes at WNCC in an old ford van and sell fire burritos out of a cooler in like 2010 please get me that info on where to find them cuz I’ve been chasing that dragon ever since) I can’t say I’ve tried them all because there are many I gotta get a list goin.

Any way. I get the jumbo pork chili add bacon. Get more than one cuz man covered in green salsa that thing is so tasty. I wish I had a picture but I eat them so fast. (You can also get basic burritos from la plaza in the gas station section if you are in a hurry or just want a simple rito.)

I want to come to Scottsbluff and make a local book about all the breakfast burritos cuz it is like a hidden paradise up there for tortilla filled goodness.

These guys still only accept cash and still serve some pretty dry, bland burritos. I get that cash is our country's currency, but so many of us don't just walk around with cash, so even if I did want to stop here, I'd probably be out of luck because I couldn't pay for them.
