Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

I am in town visiting and wanted a treat for breakfast considering scooters is one of my favorites. The coffee was good. However, the breakfast burrito normally comes in its wrap and with a picante sauce pack. Instead they gave me a burrito with no picante sauce packet or covering. Have been going here since it opened and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The 2 girls and 1 guy working were rude and didn't make anything correct. We did an online order they made both mediums instead of 1 being large and instead of remaking it they poured it in a large cup and filled with milk so coffee just tastes like Luke warm milk. I went to Scooters for a cup of coffee. I was told they don’t have coffee but they can make an Americano instead. I asked for a mocha in that case for the same price as a coffee, they would not lower the price to the coffee one. How is a coffee shop open without brewed coffee.
