First time trying their Boba, was not impressed. I want to see them do well so I give this feedback so they can change it. We ordered 2we ordered a taru. And a green tea… The Taru was tolerable but not very good… The green tea was Very bitter and not good at all ! the staff was pretty cordial and we tipped well, we had to trade in the green tea Boba we had because it was very bitter. The girl with the eyelashes was not very happy that she had to remake it and tried to insist it’s because we ordered “green tea and that’s just the way that it tastes… “ I’ve had thousands of boba in my lifetime .... this one was bad. I even tried to Allow her to save face and say I know it’s probably not you it’s just the recipe or ingredient, it’s not your fault… She just did not seem very pleased at correcting the issue. I’d love to see these guys be successful it would be nice to have an excellent ice cream spot around the corner. This time around I was...

My family and I frequent this place often as we live close to the establishment, usually ordering their Thai boba Tea and Coconut Boba Tea. We always get very nice service however amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, I would have hoped to see the employees enforce their mandatory mask rule to a group that was in right before us. I had assumed that the employees were just teenage girls working, which I would have chalked up to their fear of confrontation regarding not enforcing the rules. However I believe the owner was the one working today, and that made me more upset because there are so many businesses just writing their approach to tackling the virus but actually not following through via actions. I have a girl who is extremely fearful of germs and this experience was a huge letdown, to say...

The “surprise” is cute, the kids like little faces in their ice cream. The restaurant smelled like sulfur which was really off putting if it’s their water I know they can’t help it. We got two milkshakes and two cones. They had specials on the board but didn’t have the ice cream for listed specials that day. Daughter didn’t get how her milkshake was a unicorn without the cotton candy ice cream. S’mores milkshake wasn’t chocolate-y enough. Cones were fine, they had lots of coke options. There was only one employee who seemed really overwhelmed and seemed to have a hard time focusing on on person at a time and was also really particular about the behavior of any children in the store.
