The worst experience is having a long day of work and spending 17 n some change on some wings that used to taste good, and you find a bug in you wings and when u call they have bad customer service skills. I order 3 times a week from this place and found a bug n my food for the first time and the wings. Wasn’t how crispy how it usually is in the past couple of weeks. We waited 15 minutes when we first got there to get drinks and menus, then after ordering our food we waited over an hour and a half for our food and were only served drinks once in that whole time. We walked by the kitchen and saw a bunch of trash and stuff piled up in there. The men's room had no soap for washing your hands and when we went to pay without receiving our food they didn't want to honor there...
