Over charge on 2 coffees they wanted to charge me $13.79, that right you see it $13.79. What did I order you ask. Well I order an extra large pumpkin spice/vanilla swirl with regular milk and 2 sugars, the other one was an large toasted white chocolate ice signature latte. That is not all the person that was taking the orders and on drive through was not pleasant she asked me to repeat the ice coffee not twice, not three times but 4X. When I got to the window she had someone else to take my money and to give me my coffee's. When I question the price, the girl who took my order started yelling at me, ( THAT IS WHAT YOU ORDER) I then unturned told her not to yell at me, that this was alot for 2 coffees. She did not want to hear it. She then continued to raise her voice at me. I then decided to just go without paying at all. I get coffee ( Dunkin Donuts) almost everyday I do not deserve or should I be treated in this manner. I did go to another Dunkin Donuts to get my coffees that was out of my way, and paid only $8.35. That is what I should of been charged in the first place not $13.79. As what the DD wanted tho charge me at 3380 North Main Avenue Scranton Pa. Store. My coffee cost $2.99 and $5.29. The Main Avenue DD is over changing their customers. So if you are reading this and you go the the Main Avenue DD watch what you are paying for ask question to make sure they are not over charging you check your receipts. I hope you do not get the same person I got to take my order as I did. Older and not very nice women. This was on a thursday morning at about 64;5 a.m. , November 11,2021 One not so happy Dunkin Donuter...
Read moreIf we do basic math 2 medium coffees and 1 small coolatta averaging $3 per drink comes to around $9-$10 yeah? So why did I pay an additional $4.56 (obviously taxes are involved im not mad about that), but how does a 6pc plain hash brown cost $3/4? When I told the girl at the food counter that wasn’t what I ordered and I ordered the loaded hash browns (girl at the counter confirmed my order back to me) the girl at the food counter said I’d need to pay for the loaded hash browns, when I told her I already did she gave me an attitude and said “I didn’t take your order”, I stated “yall need to listen better” bc I was there the day before and they had to refund me part of my order bc they ran out of matcha, which was fine I just went to another Dunkin. However this girl yesterday was extremely rude, to the point I will NEVER be choosing Dunkin again. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve had issues with an employee having an attitude. Another time an employee took pictures of me out with a friend at a Dunkin’ Donuts on Scranton Carbondale highway and sent them to my abusive ex who I filed a pfa on to tell him where I was. Absolutely disgusting...
Read moreThis place is a complete mess. The food might be passable, but the way the workers are treated? Absolutely unacceptable. I watched an employee walk in, not even clocked in yet, and they were already being ordered around like a robot. No greeting, no decency—just “do this, do that.” Then, when they tried to help at the register and asked for assistance, they were ignored like they weren’t even there. The rest of the staff stood by with attitude and zero professionalism. It was disgusting to watch. If this is how they treat their team in front of customers, I can’t even imagine how bad it is behind closed doors. There’s no excuse for this kind of toxic work environment. This place doesn’t run on Dunkin'. It runs on straight-up disrespect. Get it together—or keep losing customers....
