Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Seaford

This place really doesn't even deserve one star, especially after this experience. I just got off a 15 hour shift and wanted to get something with little effort for dinner for my family and I. We all decided to do pizza so I went to Domino's because it was the only one on the way home. I ordered my 3 pizzas and picked them up. I get home with the pizzas and pass them out to my family and we all sit down to eat. I take a bit and automatically started gagging and my husband looks at me and says there's something wrong with this pizza and my daughter said this is bad. So I called over to the store right away and this female with a huge attitude problem proceeded to act as if the pizza wasn't bad and kept saying the dough's fresh is from a couple days ago. I said something is wrong with these pizzas they taste rancid and have a gritty consistency. I told her I just want my money back because I don't want anything else from that place and she said nope you left the store with the pizza and I'm not giving you the money back. I said how would I have known the pizzas were bad and taste rotted until I actually got home and we ate them? She said I don't care you're not getting your money back. So there was zero resolution. I tried to order lunch while I was at work after 1h 30mins I called to see what was the delay, whoever answered the phone said “were busy” yea I bet you all 5$ whoever answers the phone won’t say who’s speaking, my jobs only 10mins from there location, I even asked them to call when the order was delivered, no one called.... when the food arrived it was cold, I called to tell them I’m bringing the pizza back so they can try again, when I arrived at dominos after getting off work, not a single name badge was worn and no one wearing gloves after handling cash just straight to making pizza no hands washed, I asked for the drivers name and I was ignored every single employee needs to be fired at that location don’t play with peoples food! I want to order a pizza rn but it won’t be from Dominos in seaford DE, 19973 you all have...

Terrible. Rude manager. Hung up on me when i called to ask why my pizza was taking so long. It had been over an hour and she treated me like i did something wrong. She also told me it was going to be 2 hours more.... the app had said the driver left the store 30 mins before i called so i think she couldve taken a minute to listen. She then told me she has no manager and she runs the place. I asked who her district manager was and she refused to tell me and instead said he was busy in the kitchen making pizza... im totally going up the food chain as soon as their corporate offices open back up after the new year so she might want to apply to other jobs. Given the horrible reviews i guess thats how this store goes.... i wont ever order from them again and if corporate doesnt take care of it i wont ever order from any...
