The pizza was good. The drivers were good. The customer service of the manager... not so much. They forgot a part of my order when they delivered it. When I asked the driver where it was, he admitted that he had forgotten it and would bring it right back. I waited 45 minutes before calling the store (which is less than 2 miles away)to ask where they were. The man on the phone said they are on their way. I informed him that I was under the impression they would be right back and that my dinner if just about finished now. When I asked what took so long, he relayed that when my driver got back he took him off the street and had to wait for another driver to get back because they weren't going to fly there on their own and asked what more I wanted him to do. At that point the conversation took a turn and I told him they were the ones that messed up and should be working to make it right. He said my food is on it's way. I said yeah almost an hour later and my dinner is done. I told him I wanted the money for the item refunded since they were the ones that messed up. He said they were on their way... I said but you still messed up and it's been almost an hour. He said that he didn't like my tone and that I needed to back up and ask nicely. That went over like a fart in church... and I told him I wasn't going to apologize and ask him nicely for my money back when it was them that messed up. He said I'll see my refund in about 5 days. Read moreWhat struck me as particularly troubling was the retention of poorly performing female employees within the company. Despite their inadequate job performance, these individuals seemed to receive leniency and protection, creating an atmosphere of unfairness and favoritism. It is disheartening to witness such practices that prioritize gender over merit and undermine the company's ability to maintain a competent and productive workforce and the ability to make a great food product for customers.
It is clear that a culture of inequality and discrimination exists within the organization. It is imperative for management to address these concerns promptly and implement policies that promote equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender. Such measures would not only enhance the company's reputation but also foster a more inclusive and conducive work environment.
Please note that this review is based solely on my observations as a visitor, and I cannot speak to the experiences of employees. It is my hope that by highlighting these issues, the company will reevaluate its practices and take the necessary steps to rectify any gender-based discrimination that may be occurring.
It is essential for organizations to uphold principles of fairness and equality to ensure the well-being and success of their employees and to foster better environment...
Read moreI am only giving one star because 0 is not an option. Traveling on vacation and ordered from this store. The delivery was very fast, however they got the order wrong. We called back to the store and was transferred to a call center in Pittsburgh to make a complaint about the order being wrong. The call center placed another order for us and we waited 30 minutes on the new order. The delivery driver that delivered the 2nd time, charged us a 1.50 delivery fee to bring us an order that was incorrect the first time??? When we questioned the fee, the driver was very rude and said he had to collect the fee. We also gave him back the original order that was incorrect. When we started to eat the 2nd order, IT WAS INCORRRECT AGAIN!! We called the store a third time and spoke to the Manager that was a little argumentative at first. What started out as being an easy night in for dinner at the hotel while on vacation, has turned out to be a complete disaster! I would not reccommend this...
