I was very disappointed that the Sugar Beet Market had no vegan entrees. In this day and age, this is not acceptable. No vegan burger, no sweet potato fries, not even a hummus wrap! I should rate this less than 4 stars, to be fair. They did have a good craft beer on tap, good brewed iced tea, and a lovely atmosphere though. But c’mon! Get your act together and offer good, solid 100% plant-based entrees, and you will...
