I'm originally from NY and so there's always some hesitation in trusting Chinese food in more rural, secluded areas. But this place was pretty good. It's not the best Chinese I ever had, but it definitely does the trick compared to places I tried in Salisbury and Seaford. The Lo Mein was great, beef wasn't all fat... my only criticism was the fried rice was a little dry but I also know the recipe for fried rice requires dry rice. They also use dark soy sauce (I've noticed a lot of people here think its the same as soy sauce). Cooks are also authentic and timely. This is my new Go To for Chinese for as long as I live...

There has been a drastic drop off in the quality and flavor of all of these: shrimp egg rolls have no flavor but cabbage, wonton soup: now is a dark orange with a very salty broth and the meat wontons are chewy and over cooked, steamed dumplings: had large chunks of onion that looked raw.
This is coming from a family that has ordered food maybe once or twice a month from this location over the past several years. We are finally moving on unless we hear about...
