Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Seaford

I drove down to Sonic because we wanted to eat at A Different place other than what is in Dover...

The Worker,Who took our order who I think was name Tonya,was very,very Pleasant as well as Patient..She did not rush me while taking my Order..

Now,My Order came to over 28.00 Dollars be for just 3 people..The kids meals food was 🔥.However my meal was on the Luke 🥵 side...My 🍟 looked dark and kind of on the old side..I did ask for some more fresh fries,which the Young lady did bring them to me.

While eating ,I had a Team Leader or Manger come to the car to ask for my receipt,while she looked a little in the car to see if I had any extra food because another car was missing 2 Items.

L.ol.Well,I did not have them.lol.I gave it to her so she could see what I paid for..I didn't really like the fact that she only came to my 🚗 car,and no one else's...I did feel a little funny about that..However,I didn't make a fuss about it.. Overall,my visit was good.. . We was parked next to a Teslure. I think I spelled that wrong..lol.My Grand Daughters be love them..The people in the car open the car up so we could see how it worked..They gave us a lession on the car..Lol.

*Update..I visit this store when I went to the 🍎 Scrapple Vestival..Omg..My experience was even worse than before..We did our order to drive through.After waiting for 10 min on th side,to only receive food that was Cold..We spent 50.00 bucks for all of our orders were wrong.I was given no receipt...I would have taken everything back,but we was about 20 min away....I am not sure who is doing the hiring..But you need to stop and get some bet workers...I got more pics to add,once I found...

Not sure if we just went on a bad night but they were all over the place. We stopped in to grab something to eat on our way to the ocean, we first pulled into one of the drive up things so the kids could look at the menu, sat there for about 10 minutes (after hitting the button) no one answered, finally I pulled out because I was tired of waiting and went through the drive thru, we ordered, we paid, they told us to pull up and wait for our food by the trash can. We continue to sit there for a couple of minutes, the guy came out said they ran out of eggs and if I wanted something else I told him "sure I'll take the chicken sandwich" he said ok, then another guy came out gave us our food, I glanced in the bag (it seemed like there was all our food so we left. As we were pulling out to get back on the road I gave the kids there food, pulled out my tater tots and realized my sandwich was not in the bag 🤦🏼‍♀️. After all that we were probably there for about 30-35 minutes waiting to order then waiting for our food. I was very disappointed and very hungry on top of that, it was already going on 10 o'clock and wasn't turning around to go back when we still had another hour to go before we made it. I'm a huge fan of sonic and the food options they offer, however the last 5 or so times we have been to this particular sonic the experience has been ATROCIOUS. I've avoided writing a review because I believe in second (third, fourth etc) chances but this morning sealed the deal. I placed a mobile order for very simple items, 3 hot dogs and 3 sodas. Once we got to the restaurant, we had to wait 25 minutes BEYOND the pickup time for my mobile order (so it took them 40 minutes to prepare this order.. and they were NOT busy). As if that wasn't bad enough, once we pulled away (my mistake, i should have checked before we left), our sodas did not have the flavoring we asked for and were charged $1 a piece for, and the hot dog buns were so stale they were ROCK SOLID. 40 minutes for inedible food and being upcharged for "products" we didn't receive is unacceptable. I'm sad that what used to be our favorite fast food stop has been...
