I went to order a New York cheesecake blizzard for my wife through the drive thru and got told ok with a stern voice and then the price. I pulled up to the first window for a decent gentlemen with curly hair to ask me if I ordered a royal New York cheesecake blizzard and my other one, I said no I ordered a New York cheesecake. I worked at Dairy Queen when I was younger so I know what the difference is between a royal and regular blizzard. My wife hates the filling that the royal one has. This blonde lady proceeds to speak over me when I said no I ordered a regular and gave me attitude telling me that’s what a New York cheese cake is, a royal version of the cheese cake. Then plopped the blizzard down so hard that it splattered ice cream on the counter. I told her no. I ordered a New York cheesecake, not a royal. The New York cheesecake has strawberries in it but no filling down the middle. She made a new one but didn’t put strawberries in it and somehow got some sprinkles and other ingredients in it. She proceeded to yell about me to the guy with curly hair till I left. She’s lucky she didn’t put an ingredient in it that my wife is allergic to when I specifically asked for something that she as a worker should know how to make and the difference between the two as well as not yell and give attitude to her customer with the window wide open looking directly at me while I’m in uniform cause I’m active duty down at Little Rock AFB. I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone because of this scenario. The curly hair guy that worked the window can account for the whole thing. Around...
Read moreI waited to post to give them time to think about their actions. My son (15) was offered a job by Brian and amber. He was having difficulty getting his ID after hours at the DMV he needed a letter stating he needed it for employment. I went in with him amber was very rude about it, declined to help after a few she slapped down a receipt with a hand written note, I replied thank you im sure this will do fine when we returned amber was again rude to my son and called brian to wich he slid his ID back to him and very rudely stated we are letting you go, your mom shouldn't have to help you. My question BRIAN and AMBER,How will our children learn to be adults without guidance and assistance from parents and responsible adults. I know for a fact other children that work there had alot more assistance from their parents, you could say nepotism but closer to cronyism you pick. Yes I ate there, I had a car load of kids the food was less than mediocre. If this is how you speak to children in front of parents, how do you treat them behind the scenes...
Read moreWe LOVE Dairy Queen but, for some reason this place can never get it right the first time around. We ALWAYS have to go back through the drive-thru and have them cook our food fresh. It's never fresh, barely ever even warm. And we aren't picky when it comes to these things but, when you spend almost $50 at a drive-thru you kinda expect it to at least be warm some of the time. The fries are just disgusting no matter if they're fresh or not. Which they are NEVER EVER fresh.. Definitely need to get new fries. The house ranch is delicious all the time. I am very disappointed tonight though. We sat there and waited patiently for them to make our food fresh and they sent out thr same stuff we had before. Not cooked fresh at all. If anything even colder than before. Needs new management or something. And how sad bc we absolutely Love Dairy Queen and there's only one around the area we live. Sadly it's the one in...
