I made an appointment to get my wifeās car remote start along with getting the windows tinted before a trip she would be taking. After having the vehicle all day I was told that the remote start could not be completed after 6 hours of work. But he told me the good news is Iām not going to charge you for the remote start..this was very disappointing that they couldnāt complete the job they said that they could. They were able to tint the windows. My wife then drove the car and noticed that the turn signal no longer works along with not being able to turn on the brights. My wife almost had to cancel her trip because now we have a car that is not safe to drive when we took the car to them to add features for comfort. I then called them this morning and explained what had happened and if they could look at it. The guy who answered the phone explained that he isnāt sure but would be unable to get me in until the next Tuesday and not until 4. An issue that was created by them now left me without a vehicle and the manager or owner said we can argue about it all day but still canāt do anything until Tuesday because their entire shop only has one person who does remote start and would know what to look for. They were unwilling to come up with any other solutions to get my car back in working condition which was caused by them. I recommended the solution for them to pay for me to take it to another shop to get it working the same day but was told they wouldnāt do that i have to wait until Tuesday which would be 5 days without a car. I would not take my vehicle or recommend them to anyone unless you are willing to take the chance to bring in a working vehicle and leave with less than that and the possibility of someone is on vacation to have to wait almost a week to get it looked at. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could leave no stars I would, this place is a joke, I got a quote on a whole new sound system for my Granddaughters car and the price would go up every time I would call this guy, to make a long story short, I called Crutchfield and there expert techs told me that nothing he was gonna put in my car would have fit, so I did some research & measurements and everything was the wrong size, so Crutchfield sent me the right size speakers for my car & they fit like a custom glove, so I ended up doing the whole install myself, for around $400.00 verses the $2000.00 he was asking, this place is a joke, if you want a sound system that want fit & cost you over $2000.00 then Audio Express is the place to go, the guy just basically told me that I would be better off just buying my equipment from Crutchfield and installing it myself, so that's what I did & it sounds marvelous, Crutchfield helped me all the way through my install process & it was a breeze with there expert installers, the point I'm trying to make is sometimes the grass is greener on the other side of the hill, thanks Audio Express for helping me see this terrible $2000.00 mistake I was...

Went in, talked with the guy up front, and the stereo installer, and explained in detail what was going on with my current at time unit on my bike, so, sold me a unit, and things was great, 3 days later, new units doing same thing, take it back, said he found water in unit and sold me a "water proof ' cover, I needed one, looks great, no problems. Less then a week and unit is doing same thing, Went back in for the 4th time, explained what's going on, again, in detail. Told guy in front unit is flashing colors, cutting in and out, and just not working, the vibration is to much for a detachable faceplate and I need one that doesn't detach. Guy said it could take up to 6 months before one could come in. Refuses to give me what I asked for, found one on Amazon for $53, and I hand in 4fays. He refused to get to keep customers happy.
