I do not recommend, my advice is stay away from this very questionable "service provider". They don't do exchanges (at all) on new apple devices or repairs, guy working told me they ship it out. They are basically a middle-man and will look for any reason possible to charge you for repairs (including manufacturing reasons) - even if the device is brand new out of the box and you have apple care, all the available warranties. Save yourself the time and seriously - money, and just take your device straight to the apple store.
