I'm not sure exactly which Sonic I am reviewing here, but I have a complaint with a couple of them, and I know that one of them is the location on Colonel Glen in Little Rock Arkansas that is across the street from Crain Hyundai. I don't know what odd wad used their last 2 active brain cells to come up with the hair brained idea to make it so when the customer reached out of their window and pressed the famous red button, it would produce a very loud BEEP right in your ear, but I figure it was probably the same person who decided to change the supplier of their French fries a long time ago, because they have SUCKED ever since. They taste like they have been soaking in grease for hours, but I have had the manager of 2 different locations in Searcy AR, who actually had the fryer drained, cleaned thoroughly, and refilled with brand new oil, and they tasted the same as the ones before. I don't mean to be a real axxhoxx towards Sonic in general, because overall I think they are pretty good place to eat, but I'm hoping that someone in the upper level of the company overall will see this and maybe try to get in touch with me about the things that I have mentioned. They especially need to get rid of that loud BEEP when you push the button, and I have to say that most of them have done so already. I would also like for them to explain to me why they felt the need to put in a DRIVE THRU. The drive thru was created so the customer didn't have to get out of their vehicle and go inside the place so they could get their food, and I have to give props to the person who figured out how to fix that problem, but at Sonic you pull up next to the menu display, press the button, and hopefully it won't burst your eardrum, place your order, and then they will bring it to your vehicle, so why did they feel the need to put in a drive thru, which I have been told but I have not confirmed yet, has priority over the customer who does what the concept of the Sonic food chain has been from the beginning. I hope that I didn't cause anyone to go to sleep reading this, and I really don't have any negative things to say about all Sonic locations, but I do hope that they will do away with the loud BEEP at the location on Colonel Glenn, oh and the other location is in Sherwood on Landers Avenue by where Gander...

So glad they have a new one where they will serve u a cup of ice and have Always been very nice to us... btw: we stop by sonic at least once a day up t 3x a day.. to buy Rt. 44 cups of Ice, Packed every time plus, usually an appetizer or snack or dinner on most days... but I'll Never go back to that sonic again. I've tried for years and still same issue... better sonic and employees over the overpass.. Wanted to ADD: I worked for sonic for a few years and was Crew Leader quickly after starting n Searcy.... I know how it's ran , I guess I need to say, how it Sgould b ran.... we ALWAYS made Sure the Customer got What they Wanted and However they Wanted and With A SMILE and with a "How can I Serve U (our Paying Customer) & I will Do Whatever it Takes" ATTITUDE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT TO ALWAYS HAVE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!! U should try it at this store... instead we get an attitude as if we r bothering them by paying for their service (work) which PAYS THEIR SALARY!!! that's probably why so many ppl came to our sonic c7z of word of mouth about how great the crew was, the food was, the attitude was, and how happy the person telling about us was.... wish we had internet for reviewing like this back then... bet we'd very rarely had an unsatisfactory review!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreKids come to hangout here on the weekends because thereās nothing else for them to do. Sonic managers need to get their panties out of a wad. Unless if thereās danger to one or others, they need to leave these kids alone. Most of the time they do nothing wrong. Iāve personally had the manager come out to my vehicle to tell me to leave, when i was waiting on my food, just because the kids were āoutside of their vehicles & they weāre calling the police.ā itās absolutely ridiculous. If anything these kids are what keeps this sonic in business right here! I mean i honestly wouldnāt blame the police department for being tired of being called up here for stupid things when they have better stuff to do! All iām saying is this sonic either needs new management, or the main manager needs anger issue classes. One night the police told the kids if theyāre not going to eat anything then they need to park in the small lot at the back of sonic. Then the next night they tell all of the kids that are parked back there that they need to park in a stall or leave. MAKE UP YOUR MIND MANAGEMENT. I mean seriously, would we rather these kids be somewhere else doing stupid things that can harm them or others? or would we want them in a safe & positive environment. DO...
