Service was phenomenal especially given the terrible working conditions these guys were in. Very hospitable and friendly. Came in here to eat after skating thinking we could sit in a cold building but it is 92 degrees on the thermostat in the dining area. We stuck it out mainly out of compassion for the workers. I can’t begin to imagine how hot it is behind that counter by the grills. This is shameful ownership and does not leave a good reputation for the community. I hate it because the food is good and service is great but I wouldn’t blame someone for not remaining employed where it’s required to work in such extreme heat. I would go as far to say it could pose health code violations because there is literally no way to contain...

WAAAAAAYYYYYY too expensive. I walked in, saw the prices and immediately went right back out the door. Subs shouldnt cost that much.... ( edit: not only is this place overpriced, but they don't know how to make a sandwich either apparently. My dad just did an order on the online app, and the sandwich was absolutely completely wrong. He ordered the hook and ladder sandwich and added mushrooms to the sandwich. Instead of getting a hook-and-ladder sandwich, he ended up getting a piece of bread with mushrooms only... I'm just curious as to how someone could be that dumb. That has to be one of the dumbest things I've ever seen happen with...

I have always had great food here. Sadly the last time I visited there was a roach smooshed on the cash register which totally grossed me out. Other then that I’m pretty upset FHS is selling our personal data of veterans, first responders and the public to the government and other probably foreign entities if you read the terms and conditions when ordering on the mobile app. I would suggest FHS take that more seriously because it’s going to come out and it’s going to backfire.
