Have shopped here several times. And the reviews that are 5 star and positive are RIGHT ON! The management/employees have always been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! I hadn't been in there for a minute but I happened to catch some of the reviews in showing a friend of mine where this place was on Google Maps. I just had to say a little regarding the negative and somewhat hostile reviews that were given by a FEW customers. Of course everyone has their own experience and ideas but what came to mind is....GOTTA ALWAYS BE HATERS....DOESNT THERE? I say we never know if we as customers or we as employees are gonna encounter someone who it's not their BEST DAY! Don't we ALL have days like that especially in these trying times. I would tell any friend or family of mine and remind myself if we have a bad experience then if it's so important that we just can't eat or sleep or even think of anything other than that one experience then NEVER GO BACK....OR SPEAK TO SOMEONE WITH SOME CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. A CERTAIN BOOK I KNOW SAYS "A SOFT ANSWER TURNETH AWAY WRATH"! I TRULY BELIEVE INSTEAD OF MAKING THREATS FOR SOMETHING SO MENIAL AS A "HARSH" EMPLOYEE....WHO REALLY HAD SUCH PERFECTION IN THEIR LIFE THAT THIS EVEN NEEDS A SECOND THOUGHT. I am giving 1 star because the manager there at discount tobacco store was rude very disrespectful and was very unprofessional and he talked to me Leona Meriweather and my daughter Ashley Ross in front of customers like we was nothing but trashy people. And I am not going to stop till I have the manager that is over that store fired for the way he treated me and my daughter. You do not talk to customers like he deed and get away with it. I have never been treated like that tell today. You supposed to be professional and treat people with respect. I have never stoled out of that store before and he treated me like I was stealing. And he has messed with the wrong person that don't mean I use my fist to take care of business I take care of business the LEGAL way no stupid way. I am so mad I can bite nails into well I said all I can say on this subject hopefully the main boss will take care of business and listen and read to what I had to say or he don't care about his customers and how they or treated In front Of other Customers.

First of all, I've spent a few hundred dollars in this store buying various vape devices.... mostly because they quit working. So I buy a vape device and when I get home and open it, it has scratches on it like it's been used. The wick was also burned from being used. Well it quit the same day I bought it. So this morning I went to take it back. They said it was used and couldn't take it back. The wife of the owner said she has used it and it was working fine and they couldn't take it back. So my husband calls up there and the piece of s#$% tried to tell my husband that they told me when I bought it that it was used.
