Dunkin' — Restaurant in Seat Pleasant

Lazy employee: Donnelle. I pulled up to the speaker in drive thru today to place my order for a 99 cent iced coffee & an idiot named Donnelle says "That promotion is only available from 2 pm to 6:00." I said "It's 5:59pm." Donnelle's lazy ass says "My clock says 6:00 pm." I ask, "So are you saying I can't get it for 99 cents? He says "No, it's after 6." SERIOUSLY?? Do these discounted drinks come out of your salary Donnelle? - That's what I wanted to ask but instead I asked for a manager, this fool says "There's none here - you can come back tomorrow." Wow - so there's no manager on duty while an employee, who is obviously bad for business, is working? I find that hard to believe but instead of arguing with an idiot & getting a drink with more than just iced coffee in it, I decided to leave it alone & call the manager "tomorrow"! Let's see if management is as non-customer oriented as...

Been to this location 3 times and the last one will make me never come back. Everytime I would order a turkey egg and cheese sandwich it was always cold so the 3rd time I went I asked them could they warm it up more and when I received my sandwich it was the same results as before. I the worker the sandwich was still cool and said the cheese isn’t melted, she caught an attitude and said I have to ask that specifically when ordering. Never heard of that before I shouldn’t have to ask for my sandwich to be hot at 6:30am in the morning when my 2nd job I’ve ever had was Dunkin Donuts so I’m aware she didn’t want to go back inside and warm it up more. I would rather go to Dunkin on central Ave knowing my sandwich...

Ordered ahead using the app. Visited location and order could not be found and the manager walked away. They did not know how to give support on the app to see previous orders (that should be part of training). They simply dismissed me. Then, I notice an order sitting on the counter and that was it. Asked why the drink was half full and was informed, bc it took so long to pick up the order. Not everyone was rude, but I had to get loud to get assistance. This is not how you want to start the morning. I was not going to leave this review but when I got to my destination, the order was not made correctly although the recipient was correct.
