We can't say enough good things about Kaspars Catering! Their staff is professional, kind & great to work with with.

We talked to 8+ wedding caterers, & our conversations with Kaspars were the most professional & prompt. From responding to our initial inquiry, to working with us through all the little details building up to our big day, to just doing an incredible job on the day of - we're quite impressed.

Moving on to the food: Our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious the three course meal was. Their presentation was freakin' amazing as well!

We worked with Sarah, who was fantastic and fun! She is very responsive and quickly answered all of our many (many) questions along the way. She did a great job helping us curate a menu that fit what we wanted. Kaspars has a fantastic working relationship with our venue and our planners, and have a great reputation among the greater seattle wedding vendors. They also provided us with bartending services and cocktails: espresso martinis and margaritas which were a huge hit with our guests.

As a vegetarian marrying a meat-eater, we wanted options that everyone would enjoy and Kaspars had BY FAR the best and largest vegetarian selection of any caterer we reached out to! We were able to put together a menu to satisfy everyone, and the food and service was top notch. We received so many compliments on the meal!

Not only did Kaspars do an amazing job catering our wedding, our point person Lynn helped us navigate our very particular venue. She brought up things I had not thought of and I keep thinking about how much anxiety she saved me from by sharing all her expertise. Kaspar himself was cooking for us and the food was seasonal, delicious and beautifully presented. They were also accommodating to allergies and preferences. The staff was also a dream, they had assigned someone just to us as a couple all night and little touches like a beautiful plate of snacks and glasses of cold champagne just as we finished the ceremony and making a guest who was having a birthday on our wedding day feel celebrated too. From our tasting which they made feel so special that I teared up at it ;) to their excellent communication, they got all the details right and we will continue to sing their praises to everyone we know and use them for any parties or events into the...
