I’ll start off that I hate working out. I never worked out much in my life besides high school. I tried friends who are trainers, I tried by myself, but working out is intimidating and lack of knowledge of diet is another thing.
Tahys is amazing! She clarifies everything and has a weekly work out planned out. Going to the gym is intimidating especially when you don’t know where to start. So the videos in her work out app is clear, and you can change it up if you don’t have the equipment to use. She watches your form and fixes what errors made while lifting. I’ve been with her for a year and I’ve lost 20lbs just following her guidelines. I learned that protein is your best friend if you wanna get strong and lose the weight. I love the fact it’s not restricted. Since I’ve started working out with Tahys I have become more conscious on what I’m eating, but I’m still going out to eat with friends, having burgers and fries, pasta, etc. it’s just choosing better along the way (or not and she does not shame you for that because we all have those days) and put in the work of course. She’s very communicative outside of training and helpful when I have questions. I have gotten into a routine where I am working out between 4-5 days a week right after work. There are days I only do for 3 and it’s fine. She tells you to listen to your body and I do.
