Starbucks — Restaurant in Seattle

I am writing this as I was denied service in the drive-thru at 5:00pm. I normally am not really moved to write bad reviews unless I feel completely mistreated which is how I feel in this instance. For the record of time the starbucks app says this location closes at 630pm and the google search of this location says it closes at 530pm. Both of which would mean that I would still be served right now!!!! I came up to the order box at 5pm after sitting in line behind 2 cars to be told they were closed. When I inquired if the 2 people in front of me were served I was told nothing but they were closed. When I asked if I was being denied based on 30 seconds of time I was told yes and they were closed. To make matters worse I have now been sitting in line behind these 2 cars, who clearly are being served, waiting to exit as there is no real way to reverse out. My question is where is the customer service?! I work in a service industry and never would dream of treating...

I absolutely love this Starbucks and all the people who work there! They are all so kind and welcoming and everyone remembers my name and my drink, and has for years now! I truly feel each person there deserves a huge raise for all their constant hard work. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming place for everyone, and the quality of their drinks is always perfect. I’ve been to so many other Starbucks’ where the drinks aren’t always good, but that is never an issue here! Thanks for the MANY extra foamy vanilla...

This is the worst experince ever. I was the only african american in the store. when the lady at the register took my order she was rude and asked everyone for a name for their order except me. when my order was ready no one ever called my drink out. after i seen 3 people after me recieve their order i walked up to see mine sitting there. when i asked if were they mine no one working would answer. they acted as if they were to busy to respond. so i left with out recieving my drinks. I will NEVER support...
