Dear Restaurant Manager/Owner,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your establishment today around noon. I had ordered a pizza for pickup, and upon arrival, I waited at the counter for at least five minutes, trying to get the attention of an employee in the back. Despite my efforts to call out, I was either ignored or not heard. My boyfriend then went inside to assist and also had to raise his voice to get the employee’s attention. When the employee finally came to the counter, he responded in an unprofessional and belligerent manner, questioning why we were yelling, as if he was unaware of the situation.
During this time, two other potential customers entered the restaurant but quickly left after seeing us unsuccessfully trying to get service. It was clear that they were discouraged by the lack of attentiveness from your staff.
Given this experience, I believe the employee working at noon today should either be retrained or reassigned, as it is unacceptable for a customer to struggle to receive an already-paid-for order, especially when it is a simple task of bringing the food to the counter. This kind of service reflects poorly on your business and has the potential to drive away customers.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter and any steps you can take to prevent similar situations in the future.

Read moreRecently, we decided to try the Hawaiian Pizza. We ordered online (which was a pain in the butt) and picked up the pizza at the Sebastian store within the 30 minute time frame allowed. Once home again, we divided up the pizza and dug in. Or at least we tried to. We ordered a thin crust - and it was over-cooked to the point that we were concerned we might chip a tooth if we ate the edges. UGH. The pizza itself was not properly prepared - it was over cooked and the ingredients (better ingredients, better pizza?) may have been past their "use by" dates. We love bacon, but the bacon overpowered the Canadian bacon and the pineapple. In fact, we couldn't distinguish the Canadian Bacon's taste at all. The pineapple was overdone and tasteless - again, possibly past its "use by" date. In short, we don't be ordering this pizza from this Papa John's anytime soon - at any price. i've eaten Hawaiian Pizza's at other pizza places, including Papa John's in other cities - but this one was the worse. But, if you like over cooked pizza, then this is the place for you...they do it...
Read moreThis place has not, in the past 5 times I've ordered, gotten my order right. Just tonight, I waited for over an hour before I called to see what was holding the order up. They told me that they didn't have any drivers tonight and I would have to wait on a doordash delivery driver. They then informed me that a driver arrived right then and my order was on its way. 40 minutes later, I get a call saying that the doordasher canceled and that I would not be getting any food. Now, my wife and daughter done have any dinner for tonight. If the manager had any honor, he would've just drove it to my house himself.
