Let me be real, this review could very easily have been 1 star if it wasn't for my call with the manager Chloe today. I ordered the big box online last night as a square cut pizza. When it showed up it was thinner than the cardboard it was delivered in, and harder than if it had been sitting out for a month.
While I could continue, and write a review that may shock the world, I will say that even though the staff was not answering their phone last night, I spoke to Chloe today, and she is by far the best kind of manager a store could have. Kind, de-escalating, sweet, informative, and went above and beyond to make it where I not only was happy to give Pizza Hut a second chance, I will actually order from them again moving forward.

Once a select few people decide they don’t like you they will cut your hours and treat you poorly to get you to quit, not only did I experience this personally, I watched them treat someone the same exact way when I first started. I genuinely liked working for Pizza Hut and it’s sad to think I will probably never get to work in one again due to not putting in a 2 weeks notice. If I thought I could handle any more time being treated the way I was, I would have but they broke me down so much I had to leave. Read moreBEWARE with delivery. There have been 3 times that the driver forgot our drinks or have the wrong kind. Tonight, I called them on the error because enough is enough. The worker told me it would be 20-25 minutes before they could get it out to us. When I expressed my frustration that the food would be cold by then, the person's response was to hang up on me. No offer to make it right, just wait 20-25 minutes and then CLICK.
