Arby's — Restaurant in Sebring

Went today to get an Arby melt and they refused. I was told the way I was asking for my sandwich to be made was too close to a beef n cheddar so they will charge me for that. I explained the reason I ask for the Arby melt is because I don't like a lot of meat on my sandwich and the Arby melt has about half the meat the beef n cheddar has. She says that they would charge me for the beef n cheddar and then take off some of the meat. I politely said no thanks I'll go somewhere else and she says okay have a great day!

I called the store and asked for the manager and Lily said that she was the one taking my order and she was the one that refused. She says because I wanted red sauce it made it like a beef n cheddar. So I asked if I got the red sauce on the side instead if that would solve the problem. She said yes!!

Couldn't believe my ears. She wants to charge me twice as much for a sandwich apparently because of the red sauce! Ugh. Seems like this is something that could have been resolved while I was there and shouldn't have turned into a problem. I am (was) a very frequent customer that ate there about 3 times a week, ordering the same thing almost every time and have never before had a problem. So...

If I could,it’d be ZERO STARS! This place is a joke. The general manager Rosie is just plain horrible. No control over her workers and they are poorly trained! Rosie doesn’t even know what she is doing. no structure and no organization. The place is a mess! Dirty. Everyone in that store treats it as a hang out rather than a workplace. The food is always cold so I don’t even know why I bother coming here will not be returning !!!! The place looks like it had a remodel in the dining room however it is not maintained properly. The soda station is an absolute wreck and there is always trash everywhere. What’s crazy is that when I was there it was so dirty and you don’t even want to get soda just because it has a smell there probably with mold there. Instead of cleaning and doing your job everyone is by the front counter being so loud with their personal conversations and wasting company time. Something needs to be done because this is...

Not very friendly, the girls were being ridiculed by customers who wants to smile at all that. The place was clean and I dont feel that the 2 attendants on sight were to blame they were busy trying to keep up. No help. The food was cold over cooked but I did feel they were trying to do their best to keep up. They had to lock door and was serving through the drive thru at the last before I left . I returned my food and was told no returns. Only replacements. Thats fine but my heart really went out to those 2 GIRLS. I felt they were doing the best they could do under the circumstances. Cant run a busy establishment like that with only 2 people even if they arent busy like that all the time there is always work that could be done. Been...
