Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sebring

Its Dunkin donuts. The bottled milk in the drink refrigerated unit to right of front counter is usually out of date. So check it before buying. 80 % of the time the sandwiches are made wrong. Watch employees answering phones and cell phones with the plastic gloves on. Then keep gloves on and go back to handling food. An employee was smoking a cigarette while emptying the trash can right next to the diesel pump. I approached him on this. He said diesel was low ignite flammable and it was ok to smoke next to it. And did just that as he emptied the other trash cans. I told the manager , and he told the employee about my advisement. They both laughed it off. Watched a employee put / prop his cell phone right up and next to the plastic bin of bagels where they make the sandwiches. Top shelf type location. Lid off bin. And music playing out of his phone. The phone would ring. He would answer it. Then put it back in same place and continue on using the same plastic gloves to prepare food. If your sandwich is made wrong. Ask for a new sandwich. Otherwise they just redo that same sandwich or take off what was put on wrong etc. I always crush mine before I give it back. Once the wrapper is opened on that sandwich. It is against health code to re serve it etc. Employees park their vehicles at the gas pumps and block the pumps. Only place in town( that I know of ) that makes you pay for refills if your eating in the place. Dirty dining room , tables dirty , floors dirty , trash cans almost always overflowing. Guess they stopped putting the sheets of paper in between the donuts when they put them in the bag.... what a mess that leaves. Place is going downhill more and more in general as the months go by. They did a somewhat remodel a few years back. But because of lack of maintenance and care.... it's hard to tell now a days.

Very dirty hair hanging off there searing sign in lobby. Two young kids working counters were filthy! Tables had sticky junk in them garbage over flowing. They need older ones working for them like people with knowledgeable in site in how too clean tables sweep floors take garbage out. The cake plain donut I got was stale. I asked for ice coffee he and she gave me hot coffee cause the goofing off not paying attention so I said Sr I ordered ice coffee he said (Oh my bad) gave me ice coffee told me keep the hot coffee too. I said OK I went outside tossed in garbage it had sour milk in it floating on top. They need mature help there. Covid is going around and that place was germ central. I won't GI back to 27 s Sebring store. Sorry but reality must...

We had our very first experience with Dunkin’ donut here and it was one of the worst coffee experiences I’ve ever had. We went here while on a road trip and the two young associates working seemed to have little to no idea what they were doing. All of the drinks ordered were very simple drinks and both employees didn’t seem like they knew how to make any of the drinks. When we were ordering the things that were actually available to order seemed to differ from person to person, there was no consistency. After they finally finished all of the drinks they had still forgotten to make one of the drinks.
