!!!Pricing Fraud, Extreme Rudeness, and Utter Failure by the Manager!!!
This review does not pertain to all staff. The younger girls who work the counter have always been nothing but kind and professional; my issues are strictly with the manager and their unacceptable conduct.
My experience was ruined by serious financial errors and appalling customer service, which were both handled (or mishandled) directly by the manager.
1. Pricing Fraud and Failure of Management My usual order is a double cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke. The correct price is consistently around $10.50. On the day of the incident, the manager charged me an absurd $20.00 for the exact same order—a nearly 100% price increase. Proof of Error: I called the restaurant the next day to confirm the correct price and was told the meal was indeed $10.00. This confirms the $20 charge was a fraudulent or negligent error made by the manager.
2. Failure to Correct the Financial Error When I brought the $20 overcharge to the manager's attention, they agreed the price was wrong but failed to offer a proper resolution. They simply gave me a replacement meal but refused to issue a refund for the $20. This is NOT a resolution. I was owed a full $20 refund. Instead, they kept my money and simply gave me the food, meaning I was forced to pay for the replacement meal myself. The manager kept the money from the fraudulent charge, failing to correct a financial error they personally created.
3. Hostile and Condescending Service (Manager Acting Mad They Got Caught) The manager's behavior on my most recent visit was utterly appalling and clearly a reaction to being caught in the $20 error. They were hostile and seemed visibly angry that I had brought their mistake to attention. Their deliberate attempt to demean and punish me for catching the error was obvious: They yelled the price ("$10!") in an aggressive, exaggerated tone. They counted the change back to me loudly and slowly, treating me like someone incapable of understanding a basic transaction. They put my food (burger, fries, and drink) on the counter without a bag, despite it clearly being a to-go order. When I asked for a bag to carry my meal, the manager rudely questioned me: "Aren't you just going to put salt and vinegar on it anyway?" I had to explain that because it was a to-go order, I needed a bag to carry the items—a ridiculously necessary thing to justify. The manager's combination of financial dishonesty and blatant rudeness, which escalated after they were challenged, makes this business one to...

Read moreTried one of their daily specials today the Oriental Chicken Salad and Cheddar Potato soup. The soup was very good and I enjoyed the salad. Portions were perfect. The only thing was the ramen noodles were kind of weird, I liked the crunch, but the tiny chunks were just a little different. Husband got the gut buster and momma cheese stixs and enjoyed both. We also got pretzel brownies and those were good, the pretzels seemed stale, but the brownie was...
