I just had the worse experience. They are slow and very unaware of customers urengcy at this particular location. 15 min till my train, No line so I walk up order an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and cut in half please. Add hash browns and a water. I pay she hands me water. Receipt isnt needed to pick up the order which now I wish I had my receipt. Walk over to the pick up area. I stand there waiting. I notice napkins and ketchup so I grab what I need fold my napkins and I look up to the curious if my bagel is ready. I see a female come from the back and ask the guy sweeping to give her an everything bagel. Thankfully he yells at her that he is sweeping and cannot get the bagel (this is the guy that made me give an extra star, thank you for refusing to get my bagel while sweeping)... but wait there was no line why hasn’t she hasn’t even started my bagel yet. I patiently wait. Finally she calls my order I grab the bag say thank you and 5 min till my train rush to my train. Get in my train and SURPRISE it’s an everything bagel toasted with NO CREAM CHEESE and at this point it doesn’t even matter that it’s not cut in half. Read moreDunkin Donuts at Secaucus Junction I got here a every morning on my way to work. Every time I order food I find out on the train that it was either incorrect or of poor quality. For example I would order a bacon egg and cheese and get a sausage egg and cheese. My hash browns are cold and hard. I complained to the manager previously about this issue because usually I’m gone and I can’t turn back around.....WELP NOT TODAY. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps and for two eggs a cheese wraps only. I went back and complained can they did fix it... I said this should be courtesy meal because I come here every day, I just made a complaint last week about this and you made me miss my train. The employee tried to brush over my complaint so I then asked for the manager. The manager would not give me a courtesy meal for their mistakes. She gave me a refund and took the food 🤔 hmmm to put in the trash or for them to eat? Read moreI Stop at Secause Junction on my daily commute and everytime I try to stop in this Dunkin Donuts for a quick snack they are Rude and have Horrible service. I wish I could call management and report them. They never have anyone at the register when they are supposed to close at 8pm, you go at 5pm and they dismiss you and tell you they are not serving anyone. On rare occasions they are open past 5 but even then they have a short menu because they don't want to make whatever you order. So you are limited to coffee and whatever stale donuts they have left over. If anything sometimes they have hash browns. The reason for this is so you could shop for food and drinks at their overpriced store which is owned by the same people. It is very disappointing that the Secaucus Station is a main hub and no one is doing anything to rectify this. I do understand we are in a bad situation due to Covid.
