Valley Espresso — Restaurant in Security-Widefield

3.7 stars, After consuming copious amounts of beverages here and comparing to other cafes i came to the verdict that their really is only 1 good drink here ,the Thai Tea Boba with espresso, all other coffee drinks are simply to sweet and have a weird aftertaste that no other Cafe does. Think of it as the opposite of dutch bros their typically subtle and mild sweetness.The food options especially the muffin are a joke, the mini donuts are ok but turn to rocks after 30 min. Although they are 25-40 cents cheaper. It might be better going to the Cafe down the street. Also the wait is like always 15 minutes plus 5 minutes per car in line for mediocre coffee. These coffees tastes more like desserts than anything, else reminds me of soda. Not a great place if you like the taste of coffee but, great if you don't like how coffee tastes. Finally the punch card is pretty lame 11 drinks for 3 dollars off next single beverage but I end up losing it all the time lol😁 Edit: I've come to the conclusion that their drinks don't taste great due to the milk being used. Don't know exactly the brand but its atleast whole milk (alledgely) and whatever brand they use goes very poorly with coffee in my opinion because it tastes...

I'd judge them by the drink I ordered but I drove away because the lady behind the counter on August 27th was not friendly. I waited in line, no problem for seven minutes, pulled up and asked for an Americana in my own cup ( save paper). The lady sad she couldn't take my cup because it had a little splash of coffee in the bottom. So I try to dump it and she yells at me about ants. At this point I'm getting annoyed, I'm a big coffee drinker and have never been given hassle for my own cup. So I told her fine just put it in one of your cups. And my friend will also have the same thing. She shut the window as though she was annoyed with me. My friend says look there's a Starbucks right near where we're heading, let's just go there. I argured that I love to support these local coffee houses first. it had been a long time since I've had such poor service/ aditude. We were so dissatisfied with the customer service. Update: 8/2022 I’ve tried to go back several times but I just didn’t have the time to sit and wait. Today I had that opportunity and was disappointed. I was third in line and at about 10 minutes in one of the employees told two cars behind me to pull around to the other side. Both of those customers received their drinks and were in their way before I even ordered. The strawberry boba that I love so much was flavorless. Even though this is a blended cold drink it was warm at the bottom and the boba was warm as well. I waited a total of about 20 minutes and was sad that this was the experience.
