This is by far and I mean by farrr!!!! The worst establishment I've ever been inside and had to deal with. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees and the kids area is absolutely trashed 24/7. I used the app to order a frappe for pickup at the counter and when I arrived I waited for over 15mind this morning. Standing at the counter for over 10mins not one employee greeted me not 1 employee asked me if I needed help. I was completely ignored then when I finally said I need help canceling my order since it was still not ready on the app. They said "oh you cant because it's been sitting over here" showed me a hidden spot next to counter. I demanded a refund due to the completely inappropriate behavior from the manager! And all SHE had was pathetic excuses why they didn't greet me or say anything to me. It's only 2 of us working she said and I was literally the only customer and watched them make food for other employees while I stood at counter. I'm still in shock at how disgustingly rude I was treated here. A place where I grew up eating locally owned has now bombed and ran...
Read moreIts a McDonald's. The food is what you would expect from one. My issue is that this location is currently managing to get my order right about 20% of the time. I order a normal burger without onion. I do understand that staffing is an issue right now, but at this point it had become a joke in the household to see if the order was right. A little more QC on outgoing orders would be nice.
At this point, it feels intentional. I cannot imagine any other way one place can get an order wrong so often that doesn't involve malice. I'm lucky I request what I do out of preference. If any of my requests were the result of a food allergy, I would not be able to patronize this location.
I'm going to go ahead and edit this down a star to 1 star. At this point, there is absolutely no QA on any outgoing food. There can't be. A 3/4 full cup of almost brown carbonated water pretending to be soda that a cursory glance would have seen was not right. Luckily, the car was too dark for...
Read moreI wanted to take my kid to the new Mc.Donalds, so here we go. We only love the fries, so we always order two large.
Fries were wet, sogging wet! When I went up to the counter and showed them to the service people, they told me that I had spilled something on them. I hadn't even ordered a drink. The manager came by, put her finger in my fries, and in a monotone voice asked me if my fries had come in contact with anything, like this is a common experience at Selah Mc.Donald's and I was yet another fry soaker. Lmao.
At any other Mc.Donalds, the workers would have replaced the fries, no problemo. No big deal. I wasn't even mad about it. I've worked fast food, it's FAST food, and the workers are under a lot of pressure and fly-by orders. I do not understand the attitude, especially in Selah. It's a small town, I recognize these people and they just don't care.
Not going back. Did not expect rude service from a newly remodeled...
