It's either really great customer service or it's not, but I usually have good luck here. Once in a while I get an employee that's just not friendly or kid-friendly which is frustrating for my kids. As for the food, The 1 or 2 pizza's I get my kids are ALWAYS cheese only & yet over 50% of the time, the pizza sauce barely gets covered with cheese. I'm sorry but if I'm getting all cheese the least they can do is make sure there's an efficient amount to cover the sauce. Am I right?! ** I used to buy all the kids Mini Murph's but no joke, 90% of the time the dough was so thin we could see the plate through it & it barely covered the very bottom & middle of the plate. Then we'd get to the topping (like I said cheese onlyđ) and once again, the cups were half full of cheese. So I would buy a side 'bag of cheese' just to make sure either our family pizza or all 4 Mini Murph's had enough cheese to at the least cover the sauce. It became more of a disappointment for my kids & in return myself then it was worth (especially when I could get a whole freaking pizza with the cost of 2 mini murph's). Not sure if it was just our Selah store or if maybe it improved with the new employees since we used to buy them, pre & early COVID? Oh well, my advice is just check your box...

When told no she huffed and rolled her eyes. I asked if they had any of the garden salads and got one tossed at me then she said "dressing?" I told her what I wanted and got that tossed on top of my salad. Then when told we would also like a large Chicago she again rolled her eyes. At that time I walked away from the counter as I was getting upset. She made the pizza wrapped it and tossed it down on the counter as well, she didn't even look up just turned and said "yeah I guess have a goodnight ". I understand it was 30 minutes to closing but she could have been more pleasant. Didn't catch a name because she had no name tag nor did she give us our Receipt she tossed it...
Read moreI used to live in Terrace Heights and I love those people at that location and I hated that I had to move and wouldn't be going there as much, but when I moved to Selah I can say that it depends on who's working with the kind of service one will get. At first a tall female who was working had to have pocketed money because a normal order of 2-3 pizzas on sale as the advertising special would not cost as much as it did. I was in a hurry and didn't check my receipts until way later and realized she scanned my card twice. I haven't seen her since and I still go in there and haven't experienced any problems so I still give them a 5...
