American Deli — Restaurant in Selma

I love their wet Lemon pepper wings extra Crispy and very wet. I love the ladies on Wed thru Sat tfrom 10p to 4am They are 100% Customer Service ladies. See you are born with that. I have gone in the afternoon and their is no customer service but eude...rude.... so I just go Wednesdsy thru Sat when those two lovely kind funny and know how to treat their customers. I've stood there and watched and listen and I tell you they are great. They're so kind that the rude people become kind. I wish they could get higher pay. Oh I have no idea on what they make but I've seem how they work with the the different personalities and they are so kind to the cooks too. Always a smiles with those two and a good word or conversation. I wish those two the very best in life and love. AMERICAN DELI HAVE TWO GREAT LADIES FROM 10PM TIL 4AM WED THRU SAT. Today was my first time eating at this American Deli. I had heard mixed reviews but decided to give it a try since someone recommended them to me today. The cashier was nice and knowledgeable. My biggest 3 complaints are the cost, quality of my wings, and portion size. I paid 17.58 for my lunch only for my wings to taste like they were fried yesterday and they were barely warm. Next disappointment, was the portion I received. I ordered the Philly steak combo with wings and added fries. Most American Deli’s fill both compartments inside of plate up with fries and place wing in a separate container. However, today all of my food was on one plate. Now I’m not sure as to why this particular American Deli gives small portions of food. My only thought is because they are one of few wing spots located here in Selma therefore they don’t have much competition here therefore they can get away with it. Cashiers have nasty attitudes. Came in around 810 and ordered a grilled chicken salad with no cheese . Order was received only to noticed cucumbers are missing . Asked cashier Lexi do they have any cucumbers only for her to smack her lips and state” huh what they cut up you probably can’t tell” tell her I’m looking at the salad and nun are on here she smacks her lips and turn to cook and asked did you put and cucumbers on here he informs here” we out she then turns around and smacks her lips and say we out . I asked for a refund because why wasn’t I told you was out of salad toppings only for her the walk off and state “ we don’t do refunds” and turn around and play on her phone .
