Food was horrible! No seasoning just a lot of onions and bell peppers... coronarita was lacking flavor also! Tasted like beer and a watered down mixed drink! When I questioned the waiter because I ordered from “lunch” menu instead of dinner menu ( which he didn’t care enough to even let me know 4$ difference) he asked me didn’t you read the menu ( I automatically took that as a reference to being an African American woman) but kudos well Educated with college degree! Long story short had to make him recognize he was rude. He shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to tell me how long the business had been there! So, that says a lot for customer service! Nothing about this place EVER attracted me and if it wasn’t for friends Wanting to go still I would have never went !! Beware FOR SOME REASON THIS MEXICAN TRIED TO MAKE ME FEEL INFERIOR but of course I stood my ground! Wether the ticket was 24$ or 74$ I could pay without a doubt but What a way to treat a customer! Yes I threw race in this and not taking it back! The sweet little Caucasian waitress he pushed yes pushed away stating, GO ON .. and told me to talk to him! I let him know wether I talk to him or her I stand firm on what I said! I warned the customers that came In who looked like me too... I deserve great customer service and I won’t take less..hopefully he will be a small business that...
Read moreYeah , I've been here quite a few times but after I was rushed out tonight because they wanted to close early, I will never go back. Granted I get it is a storm brewing but they knew that when I walked in at 750p, and could have easily said we're closing early before i sat down. They waited until I ordered food and drinks and then asked me to hurry so they could close early. That's very rude and was poorly handled. I politely said if you not giving me my drink to go, I'm drinking it at my pace. Now if the drink was free maybe I would have gotten up, but no it wasn't, so you'll wait until I finish it. I'm so glad the neighboring mexican restaurant now has a liquor license. I'll just spend my money there and invite my after work groups there from now on. I heard there food is...
Read moreWe went here because the wait at the other Mexican restaurant was too long. There was neither social distancing or strict mask requirements The staff was hurried and seemed inexperienced in how to run a busy dinner crowd. The fried fish and French fries were burned and tasted as if they were cooked in dirty oil. The burritos only had a smear of beans and were mushy inside. All of the main food was heavily salted. The best thing was the Margaritas, which were made from a mix, but had a sufficient amount of alcohol and are cheap especially during happy hours. Service sucked, the decor was tacky. Please don't go here if you want authentic Mexican. At least it was...
