In general this store needs to be remodeled. The only reason I go to this particular dunkin donuts is that it is 4 minutes away from my house, other than that there's not one good thing I have to say about this store. First off, the drive through speaker and menu is just plain horrible. You can't hear a thing, especially when the employees are speaking. And you have to scream your order for them to get it CORRECTLY. My drink orders are probably only about 50% correct half the time. For example I asked for an unsweet tea, of course they give me a sweet tea, it was so sweet that I had to water it down. Secondly, the little roof ledge above the drive through window leaks when it rains! That was super annoying. My car's door panel was completely drenched, soaking wet! Like I said, I only go there because of how close it is to my house but I'm probably going to look for a different location dunkin donuts to avoid all of these...
Read more3/26 around 8:50 I'll never understand why if you don't like your job why you don't get a new one or go to school for a new career. I pulled up to the drive thru and the girl sounded absolutely miserable to be there. How you greet people could help make or break their day. I wanted to give 1 star, but the girl at the window was pleasant. I ordered the loaded hash browns and instead of the chopped up bits they're putting quarter sized pieces on top, way too big for this item. Spend a little extra time on customer service and next time it could save you a customer! I have also noticed there's no responses to the people that have spent their hard earned money and are very dissatisfied. The owner of this franchise sets the standard for their employees and should be highly involved and how their establishment...
Read moreThis is the worst service at a Dunkin I've ever experienced! The staff was rude. We ordered the "cafe con leche" on the menu which means coffee with milk. We ordered a large. We got a large cup with a normal sized shot of espresso. I asked where the milk was and they told me that's what the drink was so I asked if I could switch it for a latte (it's almost the same if not the exact price) and offered to pay the difference and they said no....??!!! They then poured a splash of milk in the cup and said that's the drink. When I explained we thought cafe con leche was coffee with milk since that's the literal translation I, the native Spanish speaker, was told I was incorrect. I didn't even get a fair explanation on what the hell it actually is? Why would they ask me what size I wanted if it's 3 teaspoons...
