You should stop lying.
I watched you get served and leave. We sat and ordered befor you arrived. The whole staff? The 3 people who interacted with me were the owner. The female waittress and our male server. Nobody was rude to our server except the other server and the owner. I was disgusted to see him being treated that way and obviously in training. I gave an accurate and honest description of my experience here. As for starting a fight or free food. YOU ARE A LIAR. I don't appreciate inhaling cleaner chemicals and dust from the television the owner couldn't figure out how to turn on. While trying to eat my meal. Or taking the server from his duties to move boxes around and retrieve items for the server who was on break. It's no wonder they can't keep the GOOD help. I have eaten here numerous times and never once had an issue until this experience. Shame on you.
First post: When I walked in a rude waitress seated us. Very unfriendly greeting as you walk in the door. She proceeded to go on break and the owner had the new server running around like a chicken with his head cut off so they couldn't tend to his tables properly. Read moreI've eaten here many times and it's usually great. Our waitress failed miserably tonight. I ordered the Fortunato's chicken salad with caesar dressing on the side. I even pointed to it on the menu to make sure I got the right one, since there are three similar salads listed in the same area. They brought a grilled shrimp salad. She maintained that it was what I ordered. Had them take it away and bring me the right thing. Alas, she fails by once again bringing me the wrong salad a second time, not just the wrong salad, but with creamy Italian dressing. I never did get what I ordered, got tired of waiting, ate a few bites of the basic salad I was served the second time and left since the rest of my family was done eating by then. Of course we were charged full price for everything. She wouldn't even own up to her mistake though I can see that she wrote shrimp salad when she took the order. My family assures me that I ordered the right thing. No compensation was made, and not even an apology. That is no way to treat a customer. Super disappointing.
Edit: Ordered a deal through a food delivery app and received the worst thin crust pizza(that we didn't order) with the least amount of pepperoni possible and some previously frozen buns they are trying to pass off as garlic knots.... Just pathetic. This place used to be great, what a...
Read moreThey sould change their name to Unfortunatos! We got there at about 2:45 and sat down. A red haired lady in glasses said she'd be with us soon as she counted her drawer. After a few minutes, a guy brought us some drinks and menus. My friend said he wanted the lunch special that ends at 3:00. I checked the time and it was 2:51. She finally finished counting her drawer and doing whatever else she was doing back there (washing hands after touching money was not on the list) and came to take our order. I ordered calamari and eggplant parm. My friend tried ordering the lunch special at 2:56. She said no because they didn't have anymore slices ready and it would take 20 minutes to bake a new pizza. So he just didn't order anything. The calamari was out a few minutes later. It was meh. While waiting for my eggplant, we saw her ignore a lady that came up to the counter and another two top that left after a few minutes. At 3:18 I decided enough was enough and threw a 20 on the table and left. On my way out I shouted: "you can keep your eggplant!". I should have added: "20 minutes is too long to wait!"
