I recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's located in Seminole, Florida, and I must say that my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The first thing that struck me upon entering the establishment was how clean and well-maintained the place was. The floors were spotless, and the tables were neatly arranged. It immediately created a welcoming atmosphere.
The service at this McDonald's was truly top-notch. The staff members were not only prompt but also remarkably polite. They greeted me with a warm smile and eagerly took my order. I was impressed by their efficiency as my food was prepared quickly and accurately. It's always a pleasure when you receive exactly what you asked for, and this McDonald's delivered just that.
What stood out to me was the way they brought the food to my table, similar to the service style of Chick-fil-A. It was a pleasant surprise and added an extra touch of convenience and comfort to my dining experience. This level of attentiveness and care made me feel like a valued customer.
I was also impressed by the involvement of the manager in the customer service. The manager was directly engaged with the staff and customers, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Their friendly demeanor and commitment to cleanliness were evident throughout my visit. It's refreshing to see a manager so actively involved in creating a positive atmosphere for guests.
Lastly, the quality of the food was excellent. Not only was it served hot, but it was also delicious and prepared to the high standards I've come to expect from McDonald's. The order accuracy and speed of service were commendable.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the McDonald's in Seminole, Florida. From the clean and inviting ambiance to the prompt and polite service, this establishment truly impressed me. The dedication of the manager to customer satisfaction and the attentiveness of the staff were noteworthy. If you're looking for a fast-food restaurant that combines excellent service, cleanliness, and delicious food, this McDonald's is the...
Read moreI keep seeing bad review at this mcdonalds and I'm not sure why. This isn't the first time my so and I have been to this location, but today we were pretty much forced to go here. We had a promo (Free coffee or soft drink once completion of survey) and we went to mcdonalds in Seminole by Burlington coat factory. Oh. My. God. The service was horrendous. Not only the manager, but also her black FD side kick were legit YELLING at my man.. All over him asking for a large coffee and them insisting the promos only for a small. (Where on the promo does it say that? You're right... nowhere...) at this point, my man's just trying to get the promo back so we can take our business elsewhere because he's ready to flip on this jit and her manager. She's yelling talking about, "I told you we'd do it this time!!!" (She Wants to give him a small, and refuses to give him what were always getting from every other store-large.) He pretty much had to snatch our promo back out of her hand in order to get it back so we could visit the McD off starkey. This is where y'alls review comes in... my man walked in and order a large coffee. Lacey happened to be taking him order, and was extremely compassionate and customer service oriented so he decided to ask her if he was wrong... and we were really only supposed to be getting a small.. she politely told us that nowhere on that promo did it specify a size.. and she'll give us whatever we wanted. We just want to say thankyou. Never in our lives did we think we'd have to jump through hurdles like this to get some coffee.. but needless to say, lacey was a sweetheart, and her and the team took care of us...
Read moreWas a horrible experience today. I went up to order my food, and asked what the deals the establishment had to order that day. At first I thought that perhaps the cashier didn't speak english, which I was fine with, because she was quite and hard to understand. As I went on, I realized she could speak english, but was just uncooperative. It was as though she was just done with the day, and I was another problem. She said hamburgers, and I quickly looked through the menu, seeing nothing listed as "hamburger", and I know what your going to say, "It's a hamburger, isn't that self explanatory?", well no, my question was whether bigmacs, quaterpounders, or other similar products would count as "hamburgers" in the sake of the discount, in which I asked "Which hamburgers?", to which she replied, with a dull expression "Hamburgers.", with and expression and tone as though I were ignorant. I ended up ordering two quarter pounders with fries, and found they were in fact, full price, but I didn't feel like changing it, didn't think she could even handle that.
My next statement is for the FIRST time I entered this specific establishment, when I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall, and reported it to one of the workers. I had to take his attention of his friends in the kitchen, and pointed it out to him. He immediately went back into the kitchen and went back to talking to...
