O'Malley's Bar/Grill — Restaurant in Seminole

I have eaten there many times w/ my in-laws when visiting them in St.Petersburg. We have always had a great experience. Tonight I had a horrible experience when trying to purchase a gift certificate for them. I did not even have a chance to ask if they could pick it up or if it could be mailed because the woman who answered the phone was so rude and outraged that I first asked if it could be mailed to them. She did not give me a chance to ask if they could pick it up. Just really disappointing that she handled the call that way. The art of being civil & customer service is disappearing. So...

Do not go here. This place is a joke. Monnie bars people based on their background. So if you have had a ticket or maybe a small criminal charge.. and they find out.. they will bar you from here. A friend of mine had a past she is now in the process of fixing and they overheard and said she is no longer allowed to go there. Sounds like discrimination to me.
