Starbucks — Restaurant in Seminole

I’ve never left a review before, but I feel compelled to write one for this Starbucks. We’ve been waiting for a Starbucks to come to Seminole for years, as we usually drive to Shawnee for coffee. My family has ordered from this location 20–30 times before writing this review, because I understand it just opened and new employees need time to be trained and get comfortable. The employees are very sweet and kind, but whoever is training or managing them doesn’t seem to know how to make the drinks properly. I completely understood the mistakes the first few times, but it seems to happen every time we visit. It’s understandable if you’re just opening, but for the drinks to be consistently wrong or taste off—and for us to have to send them back—it’s hard to justify. Even when we’ve asked for the drinks to be remade, they still come out wrong. We haven’t been able to get a drink made correctly, the way we ordered it. The picture I’ve attached is of an Americano, but it’s so watered down it hardly tastes like coffee. If you’re traveling along Highway 9 or I-40, I recommend going to the Shawnee Starbucks instead. Our family spends a lot on Starbucks each month, but it's worth it to drive to Shawnee for a good cup of coffee. Of course, stars are always subjective and just our opinion. I’m sure this store brings jobs to Seminole, and some people might like watered-down coffee. But if you're passing through and consider yourself a coffee connoisseur, you may want to stop at the Shawnee or Ada...

I am so thrilled to have a Starbucks in Seminole, OK! The service was great and personable the coffee and breakfast are amazing and just what I expected being a big city girl my whole life. I see that some people are complaining about wait times and such, but it’s a new store with new employees. Be patient, it’ll get better. Every new place has things that they have to work through. 😁 I know myself personally am so happy that Starbucks has come to our small little town...
